What sizes and frame options are available?
Our car prints are available in the formats 30x40 cm, 40x40 cm and 50x70 cm. We offer premium real wood frames in black, natural oak and white oak to choose from.
How much are the shipping costs for AUTOPRINT YOUR CAR?
Shipping is free within Germany. For orders to Austria, the shipping fee is €14.90, and shipping is also free for orders over €50.
How long does it take to receive my AUTOPRINT YOUR CAR?
After you upload your photo, you will receive a draft for approval within two to three business days. After your approval, your artwork will be printed immediately and shipped the same day.
What do I do if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@autoprints.de with photos of the damage. We will investigate the case and find a solution, be it a replacement print or a refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@autoprints.de . We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the shipping process has not yet begun.
