Hello! My name is Johannes Lang and I founded AUTOPRINTS in 2020 to bring affordable, high-quality automotive art into the homes of car enthusiasts.
I was born in Aachen in 1988 and even as a child I was crazy about cars. My family still tells me with enthusiasm that when I was just 3 or 4 years old I could name every car on the street by manufacturer and model. A large Matchbox parking garage with hundreds of cars was my constant companion back then.
How it all began
After my training as a vehicle mechatronics engineer, I studied business administration and immediately worked as marketing manager at RING POLICE. There I was also able to get a taste of motorsport. During this time I founded the HOWDEEP brand and ran it for five years together with my then business partner.
Since then, I have been working as a management consultant in e-commerce and marketing and I run AUTOPRINTS with passion.
A great community
Over the years we have built up a great network of talented photographers and artists from all over the world and buy the licenses for our prints directly from them. I am incredibly proud that we have managed to make AUTOPRINTS the leading and best-known online shop for automotive art in such a short time. I am particularly pleased with the consistently positive feedback from our customers and the great community of loyal fans that we have been able to build up during this time.

Hello! My name is Johannes Lang, and I founded AUTOPRINTS in 2020 to bring affordable, high-quality automotive art into our customers' homes.
My passion for cars
I was born in Aachen in 1988 and was crazy about cars even as a child. My family still tells me with excitement that at the age of four, I could name every car on the street by make and model – my Matchbox parking garage was part of every family gathering.
After completing my training as an automotive mechatronics engineer, I studied business administration and subsequently worked as Head of Marketing at RING POLICE. There, I also gained my first experience in motorsports. During this time, I founded the HOW DEEP brand and managed it for five years before selling my stake. Since then, I've been working as a management consultant in e-commerce and marketing – and passionately working on AUTOPRINTS.
